TAMHA Update
TAMHA families:
Hope everyone is well and healthy.
As you are most likely aware the following has been released by Zorra Township:
An individual who last visited the Thamesford District Recreation Centre on Sunday November 1, 2020 between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. has tested positive for COVID-19. We have been in contact with Southwestern Public Health and will be cooperating with their guidance.
Public health will be contacting those who are identified as potential contacts to the individual. General visitors to the arena are not considered contacts unless part of the same ice time.
This ice time is NOT Thamesford minor hockey ice time and I have been in contact with all necessary parties regarding protocol, follow up etc. I want everyone to know that we have been doing our best and a good job of following protocols. Please keep in mind that this alone is one of the reasons we have maintained the one parent per player allowed in the arena rule and will continue to do so.
I would like to take this moment to thank the Township of Zorra and the staff as we continue with the hockey season.
I would also like to thank the executive of Thamesford Minor Hockey as well as the coaches who have been asked to do more than ever.
Please continue to follow the protocol we have set in place and if anyone has a question or needs anything myself and our executive will do our best to answer, or help out.
