Orange “Restrict - intermediate measures”
Submitted By Rob Cowan on Sunday, November 22, 2020
Good day Thamesford families,

As of Monday November 23, at 12:01 a.m., Zorra Township along with the Southwestern Public Health Unit are moving into Orange “Restrict - intermediate measures” by the Province of Ontario.

The full Provincial document can be found here:

Arena Protocol

While capacity numbers remain stable through this change there are increased measures for: screening and most notably "team sports must not be practiced or played except for training (no games or scrimmage)".

We will post on our Facebook page the updated arena protocol document.

Our goals are the same as always, keep the kids on the ice having fun, staying active, while maintaining the safety of all involved. I feel as an association we've been doing a great job of following the protocols we've been given and hopefully as we can continue to do so we'll get back to better options.

Thank you,
-Rob Cowan
