Please complete this form to request a Travel Permit for your team. Travel Permits are required for ALL Jamborees/Tournaments and Exhibition games (BOTH home and away). Travel Permits are required for all exhibition games and tournaments. Permits for exhibition games must be submitted no less than 1 week in advance. Permits for tournaments must be submitted no less than 3-4 weeks in advance.
